Our History
Founders & Brief History
The school was founded by the late Mwalimu Enos Abukutsa Masele, a career education professional who served TSC for many years till his retirement in 1986. The school was founded on humble beginnings in 2005 and the co-founder was Mama Rosebella Amumbwe Abukutsa, a subsistence farmer.
The school name has evolved over time
2005 to 2008: Mama Zero Academy
2008 to 2011: Abukutsa Memorial School
2011 to-2016: Enos Rosebella Abukutsa Memorial School (ERAMS)
2016 To date: Enos Rosebella Abukutsa Memorial academy (ERAM Academy)
The goal was to provide affordable quality Education to the vulnerable population in the community and give back to society by donating land for the school. The school is based in rural Kenya, Ebuchika Village, Emakunda Sub-location, Emmukunzi Location, Emuhaya sub-county and Vihiga County in Western Kenya.
Proprietors
The 3 Proprietors took over the development and running of the school in 2011 when the Co-founder passed away
