Mr. Felix Michael Otieno Okeyo, MA (Mass Communication), B.Ed. (Arts), Dip Public Relations, Dip Graphic Design and Communication studies.

He has extensive expertise and experience in Education technology, Research and project video documentation, communication and public relations.

The experience includes working with Lecturers and students at the University to develop effective teaching and learning resources that supports the delivery of content in Instructional settings.

He has over the years built a strong network of collaboration and partnerships with scholars, non-government actors in the areas of early childhood development education, life-stage growth and development, Pedagogy, learner-centered emerging technologies among others in Kenya.
